The CleverPet app integrates with the CleverPet Hub, and allows you to connect your Hub to WiFi, monitor your dog’s progress on the Hub, track the amount of food your dog has eaten, the challenge your dog has unlocked, and more. You can also schedule the Hub to start and stop at the times that work for you.This update improves stability of the recent release that includes: Live report updates and food scheduling! In the reports tab, there’s a new chart showing the previous week’s play and performance information. It updates in real time as your dog plays! New in settings: limit the maximum number of kibbles your dog can win each day.

App won't let me log in to Particle to do wifi setup. Says my email doesn't exist when I try to reset password. When I try to make a new account says my email already exists.

While I did eventually get this set up and working, it now hasn't worked for months. It just sits there in standby mode. Support has offered no solution. With no app update for years and a non-functioning product, it seems to me like this company is collapsing. Don't throw away your money with a cleverpet. Wouldn't recommend to anyone.
You must have an apple product to use this device. I bought the Hub 3 years ago and loved it. I changed from an iphone to an Android phone and the app that runs the device no longer works. I chatted with the CleverPet support who always say they are about to release an update to the app, but I've been waiting for 2 years for that update. Great device terrible app making the device useless.
The Cleverpet device will not advance past the 3rd game. Support is nonexistent. Impossible to change wifi details. A complete waste of $300.
app doesn't work on any modern devices. I paid a lot of money for the device and they can't be bothered updating their app in over two years.
Had a hard time getting it to comunicate with new phone at 1st. Then to find out that it won't hook up in the new place out in the country. There is also no help on either page from them on FB. Uninstalled and have to assume I threw away almost 300.00, now that I can't use it. I had such high hopes for this.
Won't connect, never was able to open/connect.
This app has not been updated in 2 years. When it failed to work on my device, I was informed by the company that it is not compatible with Android versions after Android 6. Apparently the CleverPet is unusable by anyone who had updated their phone in the last 2 years.
None of my devices purchased in the last 2 years work with it, but some older ones do. Last update to this app was Sep 2017. CleverPet Inc, are you guys continuing support for this app? Is an update in the works?
